Blue Streak pitcher Zack Short struck out the first five Viking batters he faced and his offense gave him more than enough run support by scoring seven runs in the top of the second inning as Archbold easily defeated Evergreen 12-0. The big win moved the Streaks into a tie for first place in the NWOAL baseball race with the previously unbeaten Vikings with 4-1 records.
