Emma Crow scored 13 first half points to give her Lady Bulldogs a 13-point lead going into the break, then helped hold off a hard charging Fayette team to give Swanton a 48-40 non-conference victory over the Lady Eagles in their home season opener. Crow led all scorers with 15 points. Peighton Manning dropped in 14 points and Miranda Yeager had 11 for the Bulldogs. Addison Shang led Fayette with 12 points, Kenadie Ramay added nine and Naveah Powers scored seven.
